No. Members download and use the app for free. Any fees for the church are discussed with us while we review the church’s application.

Sign up in the app with your email and sign in with the 6-digit code we send you. Find your church on the Plaza and tap “Request to join”. Once a church admin approves you, you are in.

Ask someone on your church staff to submit the Apply form on this site, or share the site with your church admin. Once verified, the church can get started.

Check your spam folder and make sure your email is spelled correctly. Codes are valid for 10 minutes and can be resent. If you still do not get it, email support@churchosapp.com with the address you used.

Only authorized staff in your own church can see your name and contact details, based on the roles that church sets up. The ChurchOS platform team sees church-level totals only and never any member’s personal data. See the Privacy Policy for details.

AI summaries are only an aid. Every summary must be approved by a pastor before members can see it, and the full sermon video or notes are always there.

In the app: Me › Settings › Delete account. You can also email privacy@churchosapp.com and we will complete deletion within 30 days. See the Privacy Policy.

Both iPhone and Android will be supported. The church web admin runs in a desktop browser.
